A perennial with flat blue flowers with purple veining 3-4cm wide from June to October and unusual yellow foliage. This plant has the yellow foliage of Ann Folkard but with longer lasting blue flowers than Wallichianum.
To show Geranium ‘Blue Sunrise’ off to best advantage, it should be placed boldly at the front of borders or even massed beneath trees where the dappled light and well-drained soil will suit it. To brighten and add charm to your deck, patio or courtyard, try growing Geranium ‘Blue Sunrise’ in containers – especially good sized bowls or low troughs.
Originally raised by Hans Kramer in Holland. Now has Plant Breeder's rights. The name 'Blue Sunrise' is invalid and should be 'Verguld Saffier'.
